PostLabel Bridge handles label, file, print, advertising, and purchase information as described below.

1. Information We Handle
PostLabel Bridge processes user-selected content and app settings mainly on the device. It also uses Google services for rewarded ads and connection checks, and App Store or Google Play services for subscriptions.
The app processes selected PDFs, images, TSV files, created labels and templates, print history, and printer settings on your device. It does not upload this content to an operator-run server or provide automatic cross-device synchronization.
When you print, the app sends print content to the selected printer over the local network. Print traffic and printer status requests are not encrypted, so use a trusted network and printer.
The camera is used to receive QR transfers, and camera images are not sent to the operator. Clipboard content is read when you choose to paste it. QR and file transfers pass content through the method and destination you choose.
Google AdMob may handle identifiers such as advertising IDs, IP address, inferred general location, app and ad interactions, and diagnostics. Apple App Store or Google Play processes subscriptions and transactions depending on the platform. The app checks entitlement information and stores purchase status locally.

These services may process information according to their own policies. PostLabel Bridge does not receive payment card numbers and does not use an operator-run purchase-verification server.

4. Advertising and consent
The free plan offers optional rewarded ads from Google AdMob. Opening the print-count or plan screen may preload an ad, so ad preparation and consent requests may occur before you choose to watch. Plus and Pro do not request ads. Where required, the app shows a consent form. Where available, you can change choices through advertising privacy settings in the app, and Android settings provide advertising ID controls.
5. Purchases and connection checks
Apple App Store or Google Play processes payments and manages subscriptions depending on the platform. The app verifies and stores product and entitlement information locally. Before regular printing and related checks, the app contacts a Google HTTPS connectivity endpoint. The endpoint receives standard connection information such as IP address, but the app does not send PDFs, addresses, print content, or printer IP addresses to it. Ratings and reviews submitted through the store are handled by that store.
6. Postal-code completion and printer browser settings
Japanese postal-code completion uses bundled data. Opening printer browser settings takes you to that printer’s management interface, which is outside the operator’s service.
7. Storage and deletion
Use the app’s delete controls to remove histories, labels, and templates. Clearing Android app data or uninstalling the app also removes app-local data. Exported files, copies on other devices, printed output, and content retained by a printer must be removed separately. Android automatic backup is disabled for this app.
8. Subscriptions after uninstalling
Uninstalling the app does not cancel a paid plan. Manage subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play account used for purchase. Purchase data held by Apple or Google and advertising data held by Google are subject to each provider’s retention policies and controls.
9. Inquiries
If you contact us, we use your email address and message to respond and retain them for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and meet legal requirements. Contact us about access to or deletion of inquiry information held by the operator.

When features or data practices change, we update this page and its effective date and provide in-app notice where necessary.
